Fried apple rings is a very easy German recipe, the dough for this dish is cooked with beer. Not necessarily apples in the dough until golden brown, you can lightly brown them.

Wheat Flour 140 g
Light Beer 200 ml
Eggs 1 pcs
Sugar 70 g
Ghee 60 g

Cooking Recipe

For fried battered apple rings from beer, flour, sugar, two types of butter and salt, knead the dough like for pancakes. Beat the egg white and add to the dough.

Peel the apples and remove the core, cut into rings about 1 cm thick.
