Potatopita - one of the national dishes of Greek cuisine, a thin dough pie with potato and rice filling.

For the potatopita recipe, beat one egg with salt and butter, and, without ceasing to beat, pour in warm milk. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Cover the finished dough with a napkin and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Peel potatoes, boil, and then mash and pour in warm milk. Add boiled rice, nutmeg, mint, salt, pepper and oil, mix well.
Roll out the prepared dough thinly into a layer of approximately 3-5 mm. Lubricate the baking dish with oil, put the rolled dough into it so that it hangs over the sides, lay out the filling, smooth and wrap the edges of the dough, completely covering the filling.
Beat the egg with 1 tbsp. butter and grease the dough. Top with sesame seeds and bake potatopita at 180°C (355°F) for 30-40 minutes.
