Grissini breadsticks - Italian bread made from yeast dough. To give a more interesting taste, sometimes they are sprinkled with sesame seeds or poppy seeds before baking.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 500 g
Water 280 ml
Peeled Flour 1-2 tbsp
Dry Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the grissini breadsticks recipe, dilute the yeast in a small amount of warm water with the addition of sugar. Dissolve salt in water. Combine two types of flour. Combine all the ingredients with the addition of vegetable oil and knead the dough.

Sprinkle approximately 1-1.5 tablespoons of salt evenly on baking paper. Put the dough on top of the salt, grease the dough with vegetable oil and sprinkle generously with salt again. Leave the dough in heat for 30 minutes.

After the dough has risen, cut it into thin strips, and slightly stretching put on a baking sheet. Bake grissini breadsticks at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes.
