Form oblong cutlets from the prepared minced mass, put on a baking sheet or tray and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After the time has elapsed, fry the keftedes in heated vegetable oil. Fry the keftedes for 2.5 minutes on each side. Transfer the fried keftedes onto a kitchen towel, and then serve with yogurt or dzaziki.
