Cooking Recipe

For Gordon Ramsay's recipe, beef chili in lettuce, peel the ginger and cut into small cubes. Cut the chili pepper into thin rings, peel and chop the green onion.

Prepare minced meat from pork and beef and mix. Ground beef must be well seasoned with salt and pepper before frying. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat and mix well so that the minced meat does not fry in one lump, but becomes crumbly. The pan must be well heated, otherwise the minced meat will be cooked and not fried. Fry the minced meat until golden brown, and then transfer it to a sieve so that the glass oil and the minced meat remain crispy.

In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and put the chopped ginger and hot pepper into it. Sesame oil will give the dish a delicate aroma and a more interesting taste.

Put the minced meat and brown sugar to lightly fried vegetables, the sugar slightly caramelizes the minced meat. Mix everything, add fish sauce, lemon zest and lime juice. Mix everything again, add chopped green onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

The stuffing is already ready and now there is very little left to cook the sauce. Hot pepper, if you like, you can with seeds, cut into thin rings, wash cilantro, shake off excess liquid and chop finely. Mix all prepared foods with sauces, lemon juice, sugar and oil. If you can't find lettuce, you can use a small head of Beijing cabbage, its leaves are just as tender and crispy. Disassemble the lettuce into leaves, put the fried minced meat in each leaf and pour over the prepared sauce.
