Pasta bolognese - a recipe for Italian cuisine, you can cook pasta yourself, or you can buy any pasta in the store.

For the pasta bolognese recipe, you need to cook both the pasta and the sauce almost simultaneously. Put water on the pasta and while the water boils, you can start preparing the sauce. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and fry until translucent. Following the onion, add grated carrots, celery cut into small cubes, mix and simmer for 3 minutes.

Twist the beef in a meat grinder and add to the pan with vegetables. Fry the minced meat, stirring occasionally, but not until frying. Chop canned tomatoes with a knife, peel and rub fresh tomatoes, then combine everything. Add the prepared tomato mixture along with the liquid to the minced meat, mix everything well and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. At the end of frying, salt the bolognese sauce, pepper and add finely chopped basil.

You can use any pasta you like. But if you have an extra 20 minutes, then you can cook the pasta yourself. Boil pasta, pasta or spaghetti in salted water. When serving, put pasta on a plate, if desired, put grated cheese on top, put the sauce on the cheese, garnish with a sprig of basil and serve.
