Fried zucchini with egg - a recipe for Armenian cuisine, light green zucchini, pre-cut into circles, fried in vegetable oil, and then poured with a slightly beaten egg and then everything is baked in the oven. It is best to fry the zucchini in one pan, and then transfer to another to bake in the oven. Serve fried light green zucchini with kefir, mixed with chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.

To cook recipe of Armenian cuisine fried zucchini with egg, cut light green zucchini approximately 0.3-0.4 cm thick and roll in salted flour.

Fry the zucchini in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. While zucchini are fried, mix kefir with chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Next, transfer the fried zucchini to a portioned pan, pour over a slightly beaten egg and put in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 8-10 minutes. Serve fried zucchini with egg immediately with kefir sauce.
