Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 800 g
Water 2.5 l
Onion 1 pcs
Carrots 1 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
Lemon 0.5 pcs

Wheat Flour 200-230 g

Cooking Recipe

For the noodle soup recipe, add water to the chicken and place over medium heat to make the broth. While the broth is cooking, you can make the noodles.

Lightly beat the eggs, salt, and, gradually adding flour, knead a tight dough. Roll out the dough for noodles as thin as possible and let it dry slightly for 15-20 minutes. Dust the rolled out dough with flour, roll up and slice thinly. After cutting, the noodles must be shaken so that they do not stick together.

When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the broth, divide into portions and put back into the broth. Add peeled and finely chopped onion. Add carrots, cut into quarters or cubes, salt and cook for 15 minutes.

Then add the noodles and cook over medium heat until tender. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with lemon juice. Pour the egg into the soup and stir. Ready noodle soup can be served with sour cream, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
