Lentil chowder – French cuisine recipe, for soup you can take any part of chicken or chicken.

Recipe Ingredients

Water 2 l
Chicken 0.5 pcs
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Carrots 1 pcs
Parsley Root 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf 2 pcs
Dill 3-4 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the lentil soup cut the chicken into pieces and cover with cold water. Boil the chicken for 5 minutes, and then add the washed lentils, mix and cook for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the pot with the soup. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots, finely chopped onions and parsley root on it.

Transfer the fried vegetables to a saucepan, add bay leaf, salt, stir, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve chowder with chopped herbs and sour cream.
