Piccadillo is a Mexican food recipe that sounds beautiful and looks good and is easy to make and tastes delicious, juicy and filling Mexican food. Vegetables, when stewed, release juice and impregnate the minced meat, which gives the Mexican picadillo dish a unique taste.

Recipe Ingredients

Beef Meat 750 g
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 1 clove
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Vegetable Oil 4 tbsp
Vinegar 9% 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook piccadillo, carrots and potatoes must be washed, peeled, diced and boiled in salted water.

Wash the beef, cut into pieces and twist through a meat grinder. Peel and finely chop the onion. Salt minced meat and fry with chopped onions.

Remove the peel from the tomatoes and chop with a blender with garlic and vinegar. Add mashed tomatoes, boiled vegetables and 150 ml of hot water to the fried minced meat.

Mix everything well, cover and simmer the picadillo over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve picadillo warm, sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving.
