For the beef stuffed beets baked in sour cream recipe, rinse the meat, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Boil the rice, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Mix minced meat with rice and fried onions, salt and pepper.

It is better to take beets for stuffing of medium size, they must be washed, wrapped in foil and baked in the oven. After the baked beets, peel, cut off the top and use a spoon to select the middle.

Fill the beets with prepared minced meat and put on a greased pan or mold. Roast the beets for 15-20 minutes at 200°C (390°F). Before serving, pour the beets with sour cream and heat for several minutes in the oven. When serving put stuffed beetroot on the prepared dish and pour over the resulting sauce.
