Carrot and zucchini caviar is a recipe for raw foodists. Caviar consists of carrots, zucchini, tomatoes and herbs. You can also add various spices, but very carefully so as not to spoil the delicate taste of fresh vegetables.

Carrot and zucchini caviar recipe is cooked quite simply and quickly, you can change the amount of products and add various spices as desired. Peel the carrots and zucchini and cut into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Transfer vegetables and herbs to a blender and chop. To make the caviar finer in texture, it can be mashed with a hand blender.

Ready-made caviar, if desired, can be seasoned with black pepper and salt, you can also add finely chopped onion. Put prepared caviar into a dish and decorate with herbs.
