Guacamole recipe
For the Mexican recipe, guacamole cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds. Using a teaspoon, take out the pulp and mash it with a fork or potato pusher. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and peppers.
Combine all chopped foods, add finely chopped celery, lime juice, salt and stir. If lime is not available, ready-made lime juice can be used. Serve the guacamole immediately after cooking, as the avocado darkens quickly. Alternatively, cover guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
