Mussels Ceviche is a Spanish recipe, a great or even ideal recipe for a good evening. This recipe is one of the famous Peruvian recipes, I mean ceviche. And since this is basically a way of marinating fish or seafood in citrus juice with spices, ceviche began to be prepared in many countries of the world and Spain is no exception. Mussels for this recipe can be used frozen or in their own juice.

The recipe for mussel ceviche is very simple. Wash and dry the lime, hot pepper and parsley. Defrost the mussels, if they are frozen, do not pour out the liquid from the mussels.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, finely chop the hot pepper, and finely chop the parsley. Squeeze the lime juice and pour it over the prepared ingredients, mix everything.

Add the mussels with the liquid to the same bowl, stir and cover with cling film. Put ceviche in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours to combine all the flavors.
