Pork raxo is a Spanish cuisine recipe, very easy and simple recipe with the aroma of spices and red wine.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Loin 800 g
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Caraway 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cream 15% 1 cup
Red Wine 1 cup
Olive Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the pork raxo recipe, cut the pork flesh into thin long sticks and fry in hot oil until golden brown. In a separate bowl, combine the cream, tomato paste and chopped spices, mix well and pour over the meat with this sauce.

Cover the raxo with a lid and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Then pour wine into the pan with meat, mix, simmer for another 4-5 minutes. Serve pork rakso hot.
