For the pumpkin cutlets recipe, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until slightly golden. Grate pumpkin, squeeze out excess liquid and combine with fried onion, finely chopped sweet pepper, chopped parsley and dill. Mix everything well, gradually adding flour.
Pour a little beer into the pumpkin mass, stirring, until a thick mass is formed, salt, pepper, form cutlets and bread in breadcrumbs or flour. Fry pumpkin cutlets on both sides in vegetable oil.
