For the recipe lemon syrup muffin, beat the butter with sugar, and, without ceasing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. Remove the zest from the lemon, squeeze out the juice and add the mixture. Also add salt, flour mixed with baking powder.
Mix everything well until smooth and put in a greased form. Bake the cake at 190°C (375°F) for 60 minutes.
While the cake is cooking, make the syrup by mixing the lemon juice with the icing sugar. Cool the finished cake, remove it from the mold, make several holes with a toothpick and carefully pour the prepared syrup into them. Let cake infuse and soak, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
