Kutabs with Herbs and Cheese

- Wheat flour 1 kg
- Water 500 ml
- Eggs 1 pcs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Spinach 200 g
- Green onions 200 g
- Dill 200 g
- Parsley 200 g

- Cottage cheese 300 g
Kutabs with herbs and cheese recipe
Rinse the greens, chop and mix with cottage cheese, salt and pepper. You can add some sumac to the mixture.
Knead a hard dough from eggs, water, salt and flour. Cover the dough with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes.
Put the filling on one side of the cut out dough, fold it in half in a crescent shape, and pinch. Using a rolling pin, roll the kutaba slightly to make them thinner, and fry in a preheated dry frying pan.
It is necessary to fry kutabs on both sides, in a dry hot frying pan, over low heat. It is better to use an inverted wok for frying kutabs. When serving kutaby brush with melted butter.
