Green salty tomatoes - a recipe for Ukrainian cuisine, according to this recipe, salted tomatoes are obtained almost like barrel ones. In general, green tomatoes, as well as ripe red ones, can be harvested for the winter. This recipe for green salted tomatoes is very simple, it does not take much time, and in the end you will get very tasty salted tomatoes for the winter.
For Ukrainian cuisine green pickled tomatoes, it is necessary to select strong, not very large tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes, put in a barrel or jar, shifting them with spices (horseradish must be cut into small pieces).
After that, pour the tomatoes with boiled and cooled brine and set aside for fermentation for 14-15 days at room temperature.
After the time has elapsed, fermentation ends and the container with green pickled tomatoes must be placed in a cool place for further storage.
