After the corn is stored very well in the freezer, and in winter, on New Year's Eve, you can make a wonderful crab salad from it.

To make this recipe, peel the corn of the leaves, but do not throw out the leaves, just do not throw out the stigmas. Place corn leaves and stigmas on the bottom of a deep saucepan. Place corn on top of the leaves, pour boiling water over the corn so that the water covers the corn, cover with a lid and put on medium heat.
