In winter, you will already decide what you will cook from plums – you can use a sauce, you can open a pie, it is also good to use natural plums as a filling for pies, you can decorate with jelly or any other dessert. To cook a natural plums for the winter, it is better to choose dense, slightly unripe fruits. Wash the plums well, cut along the groove with a knife and remove the seeds.
