The Bulgarian beans recipe is very simple, first you need to soak the beans in warm water overnight to make them swell. Pour the swollen beans with water so that the water covers the beans by about 1.5-2 cm, and cook over medium heat until soft, with the addition of a small amount of butter.
Finely chop sweet pepper and mix with grated onion, crushed garlic, tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and combine with cooked beans.
Refrigerate the finished dish to cool, and then serve Bulgarian beans to the table. Separately, in a gravy boat, serve sour cream mixed with a small amount of milk.
