Vegetable casserole with thick frankfurter sausages is a recipe of German cuisine, very tasty vegetables and sausages under a crispy cheese crust.

For vegetable casserole with sausages according to the recipe of German cuisine, wash the potatoes, boil in their skins, let cool, and then peel and cut into circles. Pour green beans into boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
In a deep frying pan, heat the butter, add the onion cut into half rings, fry lightly, then add the beans, sausages cut into rings and chopped tomatoes. Salt and pepper everything, mix and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put a part of the potato on the bottom of the mold, on top a layer of stewed vegetables with sausages, again a layer of potatoes, and so on, until the products run out.
Beat eggs with sour cream and grated cheese, spread evenly on top of vegetables. Place the prepared casserole into an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
