Thick soup with noodles and brussels sprouts – a recipe for German cuisine, such soups are cooked in the winter season and they are called Eintopf. The soup is very thick and rich, it can be served as a soup or a hot dish.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork 300 g
Egg Noodles 350 g
Water 500 ml
Meat Broth 1.5 l
Parsley 3-4 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe thick soup with noodles and Brussels sprouts wash the meat, dry it, cut into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry the meat on it until golden brown.

Pour the remaining oil into a deep saucepan and lightly fry dry noodles on it, and then pour boiling water over it. On low heat, let the noodles swell.

In a pot with noodles, add the fried meat, Brussels sprouts, pour in the hot broth, add a pinch of ground nutmeg, salt and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. When serving soup, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
