For the fake sausages recipe, boil the washed carrots until tender and drain in a sieve. Peel the thick frankfurter sausages and pass through a meat grinder with carrots and onions. Mix the minced meat with eggs, flour, pepper and salt.

Mix the mass well, form sausages from it and bread in breadcrumbs. Fry breaded sausages in vegetable oil, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Serve fake sausages hot with hot sauce.
