Eggplant chips - a recipe for raw foodists, thinly sliced eggplants are marinated in a specially prepared marinade, and then dried. Transfer the pickled eggplant to baking paper and place in the dryer. Set dryer temperature to 40°C (105°F). After an hour, turn eggplant chips, and after another hour, remove the paper and dry for another hour or until the state you need turning the chips occasionally.
