Kifle with cheese – a Bulgarian cuisine recipe, you can use anything as a filling: jam, berries, fruits, any vegetables, bacon, sausages, etc. Milk can be replaced with whey or kefir diluted with water.

Put prepared kifle on a greased baking sheet at a decent distance from each other and put in the warmth for 20 minutes. When the buns rise, brush them with a beaten egg and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the kifle at 180°C (355°F) for 25-30 minutes.
