Walnut cookies – Bulgarian cuisine recipe, these cookies are very easy to prepare, the dough is pliable and easy to work with. Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar if desired.

To cooked the recipe for walnut cookies, grind the butter with powdered sugar. Then drive in an egg and grind well. Add nuts, vanilla, baking powder, mix, and gradually adding flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the prepared dough into a layer of no more than 5 mm and cut out circles with a recess or glass.
Place walnut cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 180°С (355°F) for 15 minutes.
