Breton pie with cranberries and apples - very easy to prepare. Beat the softened butter with sugar and, without ceasing to beat, add the yolks. Continue whisking until you get a homogeneous thick mass. Then add flour and knead the dough.
Wash the apples and cut into thin slices or grate on a coarse grater. Knead the cranberries and apples into the dough, put in a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
Then place the pie in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Ready cranberry-apple Breton cake sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
