Apple casserole - a delicious Swedish recipe. Cooking apple casserole is easy, and it turns out very tasty.

Recipe Ingredients

Apples 300 g
Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
Almonds 40 g
Sugar 50 g
Chicken Eggs 1 pcs
Lemon 1 pcs
Butter 40 g

Cooking Recipe

For the apple casserole, peel the apples, remove the core and chop finely.

Dilute 1 tbsp in 100 ml of water. sugar and boil. Add apples to boiled syrup. Stirring occasionally, simmer the apples for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Grind the softened butter with the yolk and the rest of the sugar. Add flour, grated almonds, zest and lemon juice. Add whipped protein with powdered sugar to the mixture and mix everything.

Grease the form with oil, put the prepared apples and pour the prepared mixture. Bake apple casserole at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes.
