- Coconut flakes 200 g
- Sugar 7-8 tbsp
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp

For coconut pyramids recipe, mix sugar with coconut flakes. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the sugar and coconut mixture. From the resulting mass form pyramids and put on an oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve coconut pyramids cold or hot with tea or coffee.
