Recipe Ingredients

Pumpkin 350-400 g
Chicken Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 450 ml
Wheat Flour 350-400 g
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook the recipe baking pumpkin fritters, cut the pumpkin into pieces and bake in the oven or steam. Then remove the skin and twist the pumpkin through a meat grinder or grate. Next, beat the eggs into the pumpkin, add sugar, salt, pour in the milk and mix well with a whisk.

Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough for pumpkin fritters. Then add vanilla sugar and mix again.

If the batter for the pumpkin fritters is too thin, add a small amount of flour, if too thick, add milk. Cover the prepared dough with cling film and let rest for 15 minutes.

When the dough rests, it will be covered with small bubbles and now you can cook fritters from it. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and use a tablespoon to spread the dough into the pan. Fry pumpkin fritters on both sides and serve immediately while hot. You can sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
