Charoset – a recipe for Jewish cuisine, charoset is a festive dish that is prepared and served on Pesach. Haroset can be different in ingredients, it all depends on what part of the world the Jews live in.
Charoset Ingredients
- Apples 1-2 pcs
- Almonds 5 pcs
- Pomegranate juice 250 ml
- Walnut 100 g
- Dates 150 g
- Pears 1 pcs
- Raisins 150 g
- Pistachios 100 g
- Ginger 100 g
- Cinnamon 0,5 tsp

For a Jewish recipe such as haroset, twist all the products in a meat grinder. Add grated ginger, ground cinnamon, pomegranate juice or red wine to the resulting mixture.
