Cooking Recipe
For the chicken goulash recipe, rinse the chicken and cut into portions. Mix flour with salt and ground black pepper. Roll chicken pieces in flour and fry in melted butter until golden brown.
When the chicken is fried, it must be removed, and finely chopped onion should be added in its place. Fry the onion until slightly golden, put the fried chicken in it and pour hot water over it. Pour salt, pepper, cover the chicken with a lid and simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Serve chicken goulash with noodles, pasta or boiled potatoes.
