Sweet lokshen kugel - a Jewish recipe, egg noodles can be bought at the store or cooked.

Recipe Ingredients

Egg Noodles 350 g
Apples 5 pcs
Butter 100 g
Raisins 200-250 g
Eggs 6-8 pcs
Sugar 50 g
Vanilla Sugar 0,5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For sweet loksh-kugel according to the recipe of Jewish cuisine, boil the noodles, put them in a colander and let the water drain. Transfer the noodles to a bowl, mix with margarine or vegetable oil, beaten eggs, raisins and a peeled apple cut into pieces.

Then add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and mix well. Arrange the noodles in a 4-5cm tall pan and bake at 180°C (355°F) for one hour. Ready kugel should be covered with a slightly brown crust.
