Pork and sweet pepper appetizer is a Greek recipe that is very easy and quick to prepare. A bright and aromatic pork appetizer with white wine and sweet pepper. To make the taste even brighter, you can add Baharat spice to the appetizer during preparation.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Meat 500 g
Onion 1 pcs
Bell Pepper 2 pcs
Tomatoes 250 g
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Olive Oil 60 ml
Caraway 1/4 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for pork and sweet pepper appetizer is very simple. Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes light.

Then add finely chopped onion and crushed garlic to the meat in the frying pan. Remove seeds from the pepper and cut into small pieces. Add the pepper to the meat and mix everything.

After 3-4 minutes, pour in white wine, add tomato paste and stir. Pour finely chopped tomatoes, mustard, salt and pepper into the pan. Simmer the pork appetizer for another 30-40 minutes.
