Chili con Carne
Chili con carne – a hearty and simple Mexican cuisine recipe. To make the recipe more organic, it is better to take beans like purple or black. Hot chili pepper, of course, to taste, you can increase its quantity or decrease. If you don’t like spicy at all, you can use bell pepper, but the truth is that it will not be the same recipe.

Chili con carne recipe
To prepare Mexican cuisine recipe chili con carne, boiled beans with minced meat, rinse the beans, pour hot water and let it swell. When the beans swell put it on the fire and boil. To make the beans cook faster, salt it must be at the end of cooking.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Grind the meat in a meat grinder. In a preheated pan, fry the minced meat with shredded onion in vegetable oil.
Slightly fry the pepper in a dry frying pan, peel, remove seeds and membranes. Finely chopped prepared pepper and add to the fried minced meat.
After the minced meat is slightly fried, add the beans along with the water in which it was cooked. Cover chili con carne with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Serve chili con carne with tortillas.
