Wheat Flour 250 g
Hard Cheese 100 g

Tomatoes 750 g
Onion 100 g

Cooking Recipe

For the potato gnocchi recipe, boil the peeled potatoes and mash them into a puree. Add grated cheese, flour to mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Roll out the finished potato dough into a layer of approximately 5 mm and cut into small squares.

Boil water in a saucepan, season with salt and place the prepared gnocchi there. Boil the potato gnocchi until they float and remove immediately.
