Nut ice cream (Gelato alle noci) - a recipe from Italian cuisine, one of the simplest recipes, especially if you use ready-made peanut paste. Peanut paste can be replaced with hazelnut paste, which can be prepared at home; cream will not work, you just need the paste. To make ice cream you need an ice cream maker, of course you can make it without it, but it will take a lot of time and effort. Without an ice cream maker, you will have to put the ice cream in the freezer several times, take it out and whip it, but even then you will not get the structure that it should be.

Remove the milk and sugar from the heat, pour in the cream and add the peanut butter. In this case, it is necessary to stir the whisks. Then use an immersion blender to lightly beat the ice cream base. Chill the milk and cream mixture in the refrigerator for approximately 2-3 hours. You can do this faster by placing the mixture in the freezer, then the time will be reduced to 40 minutes.
Remove the cooled ice cream base from the refrigerator, blend again with an immersion blender and pour into the ice cream maker. After 20 minutes, the ice cream will be ready and can be served immediately or transferred to a container and stored in the freezer. When serving nut ice cream you can sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
