Flapjack - a recipe for English cookies, the British add cherries or cranberries to such oatmeal cookies, but you can add any dried fruits and nuts too. A wonderful way to feed oatmeal for breakfast to those who do not like it.

Recipe Ingredients

Oat Flakes 250 g
Butter 250 g
Honey 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Wheat Flour 100 g

Cooking Recipe

For the flapjack recipe, put honey, sugar and butter in a water bath and melt until the sugar dissolves.

In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal, flour and dried fruits. Mix the melted mass with the mixture.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, spread the flapjack batter in an even layer and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F).

Bake cookies for 25 minutes. Cut the finished flapjack into small cookies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
