To cooked a recipe for honey donuts boil large potatoes in their skins, then peel and puree.

Dissolve yeast in 100 ml of warm water, add sifted flour, salt, add mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Cover the dough with foil and set aside in warmth for 2 hours.
