Cooking Recipe

The Salami pizza recipe is very simple. To cook a recipe for Italian cuisine Salami pizza, dilute the yeast in warm water and mix with sugar, salt and olive oil. Gradually add flour to knead elastic dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in heat for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the tomatoes in the same way, drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven.

Bake pizza for 30 minutes, more if you like crispy dough. Sprinkle the finished pizza with grated parmesan while it is hot so that the cheese melts, cut and serve hot. Salami pizza can be drizzled with olive oil before serving and garnished with basil leaves.
