Pancakes with meat - recipe for the main dish. Probably, such a dish was prepared in every family - at first the meat was boiled, borscht was cooked from the meat broth, and the stuffing for pancakes was cooked from the boiled meat. The result was two wonderful dishes, and the family was fed for several days. Boiled meat was pre-twisted in a meat grinder and fried with onions, and after such minced meat was wrapped in pancakes, pancakes were placed in a saucepan and put in the refrigerator. Before serving, pancakes were fried in a pan and they acquired a golden hue, pancakes with meat were obtained with a crispy crust and juicy meat filling.

Cooking Recipe

For pancakes with meat recipe, pour flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, beat in an egg and, gradually pouring in water, knead the batter, then add vegetable oil and mix again. You can cook pancakes with milk, or you can cook pancakes with milk in half with water - this will also be very tasty.

The pancake dough should be in consistency like liquid cream, then the pancakes will be thin. Set the kneaded dough so that it rests for 15-20 minutes, and then bake. Grease the pan with vegetable oil or a piece of bacon, pour a small amount of dough and bake on both sides.

Grind boiled meat in a meat grinder. Peel and finely chop onions.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put chopped onions and fry until slightly golden. Add chopped meat from boiled meat to the onion, salt, pepper, add butter, mix and fry over medium heat. When the stuffing gets a slightly golden hue, it can be removed from the heat.

Now we are ready both pancakes and chopped meat, put a small amount of minced meat on the edge of the pancake and wrap it, not forgetting to turn it from the sides.

Put ready-made pancakes with meat in a container for further storage and place in the refrigerator. Before serving meat pancakes fry on all sides in butter or vegetable oil and serve.
