Soy noodles with mushroom sauce – a Chinese cuisine recipe, soy noodles are very tasty, they are easy and quick to cook, the most important thing is not to forget to rinse with cold water after boiling. The recipe for soy noodles with mushroom sauce is very simple, wash the mushrooms, peel and separate the legs from the caps. Finely chop the legs, and cut the caps into large slices. Put the prepared mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream with soy paste and pepper. Put the prepared mixture in the mushrooms and stir. Simmer mushrooms with sour cream for another 5 minutes.

Put the soy noodles in boiling salted water and boil. Then put the noodles on a sieve and rinse with cold water. Let the water drain.

Put soy noodles on the cooked dish, put mushroom sauce on top or on the side, put cucumbers and carrots cut into strips next to it. Garnish with mushroom noodles with herbs or chopped green onions.
