Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Add chopped potatoes to millet and continue to cook for another 25-30 minutes. Finely chop the pork belly and add to the heated skillet.
When the pork belly is half-fried, add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Transfer the fried onion and lard to a pan with millet and potatoes, mix and let it boil for another 4-5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle kulesh with finely chopped parsley.
