Cauliflower sicheniki – a recipe of Ukrainian cuisine, juicy, tasty sicheniki that require a minimum of products. As a result, very tasty cutlets, albeit without meat.

To cook a recipe of Ukrainian cuisine cauliflower sicheniki, wash the cabbage, dry it and disassemble it into small inflorescences. Transfer cabbage to a saucepan, pour over milk and simmer until tender.

After that, mince the cabbage through a meat grinder with a fine grate. Mix the cauliflower with semolina, transfer it back to the saucepan and simmer until the cereal is fully cooked.

Cool the prepared mixture and mix with the egg, salt and pepper. Then divide into portions and roll in breadcrumbs, giving the shape of cutlets.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the sicheniki in a frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown.

Ready cauliflower sicheniki transfer to a prepared dish and serve with sour cream or sour cream sauce.
