Cheese stuffed pork cutlets – recipe for cooking pork cutlet stuffed with cheese, according to the American cuisine recipe. These patties can be used in burgers, etc., or simply served with a vegetable salad.

Pork 1 kg
Onion 1 pcs
Hard Cheese 70-100 g
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Parsley 2 twigs
Oregano 1 tsp

To cook a cheese stuffed pork cutlet recipe, cook minced meat and mix with finely chopped onions, herbs, oregano, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and divide into 6 equal parts.

Cut the cheese into 6 sticks. Wrap the cheese in prepared minced meat, shape into a cutlet and place on a hot grill or skillet.
