For the rotisserie chicken recipe, gut the chicken carcasses, wash and cut in half lengthwise. Salt and pepper the chicken halves and coat with sour cream.

Thread each chicken half onto a rotisserie and grill over charcoal until cooked through, turning occasionally.

To serve, transfer rotisserie chickens to a serving tray and garnish with sliced onion rings, herbs and lemon wedges.
