Grilled pork ribs – a Ukrainian cuisine recipe, ribs are very good for a picnic. Even if the weather is bad outside, pork ribs can be cooked at home, in the oven under the grill or in a grill pan. Ribs with a high fat content are best, lard gives the meat juiciness and prevents it from drying out. Grilled pork ribs are best served with greens, fresh vegetables or pickled hot peppers.

For the grilled pork ribs recipe, grind the spices together with salt grind in a mortar. If you don't have a mortar, you can use ground spices.
Peel and finely chop the onion, combine the chopped onion with grated spices and mix well, pressing lightly to release the onion juice.
Cut the ribs into pieces, but do not cut the rib itself. Grate the ribs with the prepared mixture of spices and onions. You can set the ribs aside for 10 minutes to marinate, or you can immediately put them on the grill and fry until golden brown on all sides.
If using a grill oven, cook the ribs at 250°C (480°F) for 15-20 minutes per side. The amount of time depends on the thickness of the cut. Ready pork ribs serve hot, with vegetables and herbs.
