Lamb kofta is a national dish based on a Turkish cuisine recipe. Thanks to the vegetables added to the minced meat, the kofta are very juicy. It is advisable to take sweet peppers of different colors, some yellow and the other red.

For the lamb kofta recipe, grind the meat in a meat grinder. Remove the seeds and membranes from the pepper and chop very finely. Mix minced meat with finely chopped onion, pepper and other spices, except for sesame seeds. All knead well and beat off.
Form small sausages from the prepared minced meat, string them on skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook raw lamb kofta on charcoal or in a frying pan, frying evenly on all sides until cooked.
